生产服务型物流园区应符合以下要求：
依托经济开发区、高新技术园区等制造产业园区而规划。
提供制造型企业一体化物流服务。
主要服务于生产制造业物料供应与产品销售。
3、商贸服务型
依托各类大型商品贸易现货市场、专业市场而规划，为商贸市场服务。
提供于商贸流通业商品集散。
